Type-A universal ton bag
Heavy duty container bags, ordinary container bags, do not have anti-static function. Among them, U-shaped ton bags, cubic ton bags, conical ton bags, and leak proof ton bags are the largest ton bags produced by Taihua Group.
Safe use: Transport non flammable and non explosive materials, and ensure that there are no flammable solvents or gases around the container bag.
Do not use: Prohibited for transporting flammable and explosive materials, and do not place flammable and explosive solvents and gases around the usage environment.
Type-B ton bag
The anti-static container bag has an inner coating and the bag body has a breakdown voltage resistance of no more than 4 kilovolts. This type of container bag can be used in areas with flammable dust, but should not be used in hazardous areas. It has low breakdown voltage resistance and prevents static electricity generation.
Safe use: Used for transporting dry and flammable powders, with no flammable solvents or gases around the container bag.
Do not use: When there are flammable solvents or gases around the container bag.
Type-C ton bag
The conductive flat wire and woven C-type conductive base cloth independently developed and produced by Taihua factory, as well as the C-type conductive ton bag and conductive inner bag developed, designed and produced. This type of ton bag is suitable for loading and discharging in environments with flammable dust particles or explosive gases, and has proper grounding, so it is not dangerous.
Safe use: Used for transporting flammable powders when flammable solvents or gases are present around the container bag.
Do not use: When the wire is not connected to the ground or is damaged.
Type-D ton bag
This anti-static container bag is suitable for various products that require conductive ton bag packaging, and its characteristic is that it does not require grounding. The Taihua factory independently develops and produces anti-static coating and electrostatic dissipation ton bags with corona discharge effect.
Safe use: Used for transporting flammable powders when flammable solvents or gases are present around the container bag.
Do not use: The surface of the container bag is dirty or coated with conductive substances such as water or grease.
